Facilitated Stretch is a fantastic way to get the most out of your stretching.  With hands-on attention you will be shown stretches to help you alleviate your tight areas, and you will be pushed further into the poses than is possible alone.  Stretch is a great adjunct to a massage, and can help ease aches and pains, as well as promote faster recovery from a workout.
